The patient lies prone on a massage table, A ring made of dough is placed over the lower back (lumbar-sacral region),warm medicated oil is poured into the ring and retained, mild back massage and warm compress may follow.
Indicated for conditions like Low back pain (Kati Shoola), Sciatica (Gridhrasi), Intervertebral disc prolapse, Spondylosis (Vata Kaphaja), Muscular spasms

The patient is positioned comfortably in a supine posture, A circular ring made of black gram or wheat flour dough is placed around the affected knee. Warm medicated oil is poured into the ring and retain, Gentle massage and fomentation may follow.
Indicated for conditions like osteoarthritis of the knee (Sandhigata Vata), Rheumatoid arthritis (Amavata), Ligament injuries and Patellofemoral pain syndrome.
